SB 68 -- Ambulance and Fire Protection District

This bill makes a technical change to the Ambulance and Fire
Protection District Sales Tax Trust Fund.  Under current law, the
Director of the Department of Revenue must authorize the State
Treasurer to make refunds from the amounts in the trust fund and
credit any district for erroneous payments and overpayments made.
This bill allows the director to make the refunds and credits.
